Admission Eligibility

  • Regular Students of Daffodil International University (DIU)
  • Minimum SGPA: 2.5 in case of Readmission/existing students
  • No Accusation/ Conviction from University or Government

🏢 Hall Accommodation Fees & Payment Guidelines (Effect from Spring 2026)

  • Standard Seat Cost: BDT 4,000 / month

(Note: Payments must be made in advance on a semester-wise basis before the semester begins.)

1. One-Time Charges

  • Registration Fee: BDT 5,000 (Payable only during 1st-time admission; not applicable in subsequent semesters.)

2. Semester Rent Plans

Depending on your academic system, the rent is calculated as follows:

3. Total Initial Payment (For New Students)

A new student must pay the Hall Rent + Registration Fee together in their first semester:

  • Bi-Semester (1st Semester): BDT 29,000
  • Tri-Semester (1st Semester): BDT 21,000

Subsequent semesters will only require the standard rent (BDT 24,000 or 16,000).

⚠️ Important: Hall payments must be submitted by the scheduled dates before the semester starts.

Seat Cancellation:

"Students can cancel their seats based on their respective semester systems. The Hall Authority will issue an official notice for seat cancellation during a specific time frame in every semester. Interested students must submit their applications within this announced period.

 

Seat Cancellation Limits:

  • Bi-Semester System: Students can cancel their seat once every 6 months (max 2 times per year).
  • Tri-Semester System: Students can cancel their seat once every 4 months (max 3 times per year)."
